The terms that apply when you use Previewfold: what images made from your own pages can be relied on for, your data, refunds and what stays free.

What this is
Previewfold is a layout tool. It reads the PDF you choose, in your browser, and lays out the pages you pick as a watermarked preview PDF, thumbnails and pins by fixed rules. It does not write, draw or generate anything: every word and picture in what it makes is yours, from your pages and your brand kit.
A watermark makes copying harder; it does not make it impossible. Marketplaces set their own rules for previews, thumbnails and pins, and change them: check each marketplace's current rules before you list.
Names used
Use only pages, logos and names you have the right to use. Marketplace names appear on this site only to describe where sellers list. Previewfold is not affiliated with Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, Pinterest, Canva or any marketplace.
What is free
These stay free with no account. A paid tier adds the extras listed on the Premium page. Nothing free is moved behind a gate to make room for it.

- 3 listings a month, each with the watermarked preview PDF, the cover thumbnail and 1 pin
- 3 brand kits and your last 20 listings saved, with backup export and import
Your data
Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. You can clear it at any time, we cannot recover it, and it does not follow you to another device. Your PDFs are never stored at all. Save a backup file to keep a copy of your brand kits and listings.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you have Premium on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site to make previews and images for products you have the right to sell. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Previewfold is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on a preview or image it makes, including a listing a marketplace declines. Check every file before you upload it.

Questions, and reports of a layout that breaks a stated rule, go to [email protected]. Describe the page and the setting; please do not send the PDF itself. A layout that breaks a stated rule is a defect and gets fixed.
